RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
• Include the original copy of your receipt in the package.
• You will receive a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

• Steps of an exchange request:

1. We will send you a courier in 48 hours to receive the item.
2. Once the item reaches the store in 2 working days.
3. The replaced item will be sent to you in 2-3 working days.

• Steps of a refund request:

1. We will send you a courier in 48 hours to receive the item.
2. Once the item reaches the store, the refund amount will be refunded back to your bank account in 7 to 14 working days.
3. In order to do that, your bank account details are required.
