Promotions 

• During the promotion period, only exchanges are available.
• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Exchanges are available only if it’s accepted by the QC (Quality control ) department and the product is in its original condition.

Discounts

• During the discount period, exchanges and refunds are available.
• Items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving the order.
